comfortable and affordable

Room is spacious and clean. Actually, at that time, i was the only one occupying the whole room (good for 4 person). Airconditioning is also good.

There is no hot shower.

Strange set up

The bathroom was nice and clean. There was a nice outside space to sit in.

Didn’t like the room at all. Found it very strange sharing with one person that was basically living there for a few years!

It was horribly disappointing.

It was horribly disappointing. 1. The disgusting smell that had filled up the room for days is still lingering in my brain. It was the kind of of smell that you just cannot get rid of! The room smelled like some rotten armpit in a hot summer. 2. No one cleaned up the room for a solid 6 days! No one! And YOU couldn't do nothing about it, since the owner was so difficult to be connected. 3. You'll can definitely see at least two huge roaches crawling on the floor at night, literally every night! 4. This apartment was located in the middle of nowhere so you've got to take grab or tricycle to some nearest supermarket, if you don't want to waste 20 minutes walking just for some REAL food. 5. I don't know anything that was great except for the helpful daughters of the owner, and he didn't pussh you out of the place at the last day so you can stay and put your luggage until checking out the afternoon.

It was amazing hostel.

It was amazing hostel. The live guests on the entrance. 24h receptionist... the WiFi is not bad and everything was clean. I would definitely go back there ^_^

I was still great! I like the clean and spacious facility.

I didn't know there's a free wifi facility. haha I didnt asked though, but thank you!

the bedsheet textture, and the pillows are small and the locker for things are quite small as well, and located outside the room.

Simple and smart

I like the place and their system. Simple and smart.

Whay I didn"t like is their promo. They shared to me their promo, however, to the expenses of my commitment to booking.com and my honesty. They said that they will give me a discount of my 11 days however, I have to waive and cancel from booking.com and I have to tell a lie that I did not come. For me I did not takr it because if not booking.com I could have not found them. Likewise, it is not my value to take a provision which is not mine and in the expense of others. If they do have an additional promo for showing guests, it should be fair for booking.com and mine and my values. My credit to booking.com is my highest value for I would like to use booking.com anywhere in the world.

If I'll be watching another concert held at araneta, I'll surely stay at Happy Turtle again.

Feels like home...That same feeling of comfort you feel when youre at home.

The intimidating walk around 9th avenue to araneta center, specifically at night. I already checked out when i found out that I could take a trike on 10th avenue tho..lol

Comfortable and convenient

It's not my first time here but I still found myself pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff were. I'd most probably stay here again the next time I find myself in Manila for a couple of days; it's super convenient and I feel safe staying here.

There was no electrical outlet in the room I stayed in.

I like how the staff were so accommodating and smiling.

I like how the staff were so accommodating and smiling. The location is very accessible to malls and Araneta. It is fairly a safe and good place to stay.

My room was no outlet where I can charge my gadgets. There was only one outlet for the air conditioner. Good thing they provided with an extension wire. Then the wifi isn't really good. It can't reach my room. You still have to go down and stay at the lobby for fast internet connection.
